I just found this four-page preview of Star Wars: Republic #78 linked from a thread at Rebelscum.com. We see the Emperor introduce his new protegé, who proceeds to set the tone for his stern management style 😉 .. I’m not a collector of Star Wars comics, oddly enough, but I have read some issues from different series’ and they were all really good. I’m looking forward to The Purge, a 32-page one-shot that will tell us what Obi-Wan meant when he said that Vader helped the Empire the hunt down and destroy the Jedi knights.
Well gang, an historic event is underway–a thorough cleaning of my apartment. I’ve already tackled the major “filth” problems (kitchen and bathroom sinks, toilet, etc.), but now it’s on to the much more daunting task–“clutter”. As I examined pictures of the upcoming Star Wars “Saga Collection” action figures and looked over the Diamond shipping lists, I felt a surge of pure, unmitigated joy.
